Here, the walls could be white or any shade of grey, depending on how daring you feel. I've kept most of the room fairly graphic, in black and white, which makes the reddish-orange accents really stand out, like the striped DwellStudio rug. The Zimba Charcoal fabric in the top right corner makes a bold statement as drapes, and the remaining fabrics can be used for table linens (napkins, placemats, etc.). Using a mix of coordinating but not matching table linens adds some visual interest to your table.
A gorgeous and simple table from CB2 is centered below two really cool web-like round pendant lights. Surrounding the table are the Ziggy chair from Urban Outfitters, at the head and foot of the table, and a design classic - the metal Marais chair - along either side. Another industrial-style piece, a dresser from Crate & Barrel, is used as a sideboard with a paprika-coloured lamp and a window-style mirror resting above it. The cool thing about this window-like mirror is that if you situate it across from an actual window, the reflection can make it look like it actually is another window, really brightening up your space.
Finally, to finish things off, accessories and art help to spread pops of reddish-orange throughout the room.
So what do you think? Is anyone else a big fan of the french Notorious B.I.G. print? I couldn't decide which I liked better - Notorious B.I.G. or the deer in Raybans!
