Yesterday happened to be the birthday of one of my nearest and dearest, Heather. Although this post is a little belated, I thought I'd use her (and her impeccable style) for this week's inspiration post! To my eye, H has a very distinctive style. In part, graphic (black and white alllllll over); in part, vintage (she has the most amazing distressed wood coffee table/bench); in part, feminine (the girl loves herself a floral); with lots of light and everything in its place.
Here are a few images that represent Heather's style, as I see it:

Happy Happy H! xo
I love those pics and especially the mood board you made! I really need to make one for our super bland living room. So much work to be done! :) I like the idea of lining drapes too- might have to think about that one for our room! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks Melanie! I love the idea of lining drapes - you can use a bold pattern without feeling overwhelmed. You could also fold the pattern over the leading edge of the drapes, so just a border of it peaks out! Let me know if you want any help brainstorming living room ideas... I do love a project!
DeleteThat's a really cute idea to do for someone else! Happy birthday, Heather.
