I always say that your space should tell people about your personality. What you like. What you care about. It should never look like a place where just anyone could live. It should like a place where YOU live. Well, I stumbled on this home tour on Apartment Therapy the other day and it is FULL of personality. Just the best. And judging from the decor - I'm pretty sure the owners and I are meant to be best friends.
